This is my three months home quarantine transformation...π

Because of COVID19 whole country was ordered by the lockdown, I was so depressed and in anxiety and I don't know what to do because I came in Siliguri for my new beginning but after the alert of lockdown my all dreams was busted and I am running throughout the anxiety and I am starting consuming lot of calories and stop my workout so by this I am starting gaining lot of bad fats and losing my muscle and mass, But one day I realised that my belly is started bloated and I feel uncomfortable with my new shape and life so then after I realise that I am not that kind of unhealthy or useless person I have started this fitness journey to change myself and to be a better person than I starting motivated my self and again I start my workout with tools or equipment whatever was with my friends home, my friend has around 40 kg of weight with two dumbbells, one long bar and one EZ curls bar.
So here I am now, I have learned many things during this time that if you are consistent, self-discipline and self-motivated you don't need anyone in your life, if you have a hunger and courage of to be something you can find anyway and achieve anything, I am not a fitness trainer or any professionals I am just sharing my personal experience and my thoughts and I am not satisfied with my results because I want to be in the best shape of my life and this is not my profession but apart from my ambition I want to be the fittest man till the last breath of my life.
I want to help others and want to motivate because sharing is caring, we have only one life don't spoil your life and existence because our human body can do anything apart from our level if you have the determination and discipline. π

If you're hunger of something you can discover you're own way or you can cross any hurdles and obstacles...
