एका कामनिमित्त बेंगलोर येथे जाण्याचा योग आला,काही महिन्यांपूर्वी पोटाच्या भयंकर वेदना,अनिद्रा,जुलाब या त्रासाने एक पेशेंट बंगलोर येथून सोलापूरला माझ्या क्लिनिकला आले ख़ूप दवाखाना,औषधोपचार करूनही थोडाही फरक पडला नाही शेवटी डाइट आणि लाइफस्टाइल चेंज करून उपचार घेण्याचे ठरवले,सुरुवातीला पेशंटला खूप आधार द्यावा लागला,आणि त्याचीच प्रतेकाला खूप गरज असते, उपचार सुरू झाले,केळी रताळ कल्प,पोटाची लपेट,ज्वारी भाकरी,नारळ दूध,लालभोपळा सूप,थंड+गरम शेक,मेडिटेशन यातून पहिल्या तीन दिवसातच वेदना कमी झाल्या आयबीएस,उल्सरेटिव्ह कोलिटीस,आणि पिताशय काढून टाकले होते डॉक्टरांनी काही वर्षापूर्वी त्यामुळे अपचन,गॅस असाही खूप त्रास होत होता,३ महिन्याच्या उपचारानंतर ८० टक्के फरक पडला,खूप आनंद झाला,योगायोगाने बेंगलोरला गेल्यावर,तब्येतीबद्दल सांगण्यासाठी पेशंटने कॉल केला आणि मला सोबत घेऊन जाऊन खूप आनंद व्यक्त केला,खूप समाधान वाटले असेच प्रेम रहावे हीच ईश्वरचर्णी प्रार्थना
