This week our AI agents just leveled up. And we’re not going back!

No more babysitting. No more checking every step.

They’re running full workflows now — writing copy, building websites, creating images, wrapping everything up and uploading it to the server.

Task after task. Automatically. On their own.

What used to take me a year and a half — we’re doing in a month.

Let that sink in.

One month = one and a half years of work.

And we’re just getting started.

Germany is next.
More languages.
More campaigns.

Work that would normally take two years — done in two or three months.

I’m not sleeping much.
But I’m not tired.
I’m too excited.

Here’s what I keep thinking about:

Remember when the internet arrived?

At first, most people didn’t understand what was happening.

Then suddenly — everything changed.

How we communicate.
How we shop.
How we work.
How we live.

This is that moment.

Again!

AI is not just a tool. It’s a reset.

We threw out WordPress.

We threw out all the complicated systems.

We went back to basics — simple folder structures, clear communication, precise instructions.

And the result is something that feels like magic.

I’m already at the point where I can’t imagine going back.

I genuinely cannot picture doing this work the old way anymore.

We’re still early. It’s still technical.

But we’re two, three years ahead of where most people are right now.

And I truly believe — just like the internet — this is going to change everything.

How we work.
How we spend our time.
Which jobs exist.
Which don’t.

Most people don’t see it yet.

But they will.

Are you already rocking it with AI?

What have you built, automated or figured out that blew your mind?

Drop it in the comments — I’m genuinely curious. 👇

The Open Run Elite International Showcase — and NutriFoodz was there to support it.

Two days of high level basketball. Top athletes. Real talent. Pure game.

A huge thank you to Errol for everything he has created over the years. The connections, the community, the culture.

You don’t build something like this overnight. It takes vision, dedication and genuine love for the game.

Watching this level of basketball for two days straight was something special. These athletes are the real deal.

And it was an honor to be courtside — seeing the talent, feeling the energy, supporting these guys the right way.

We were proud to support these elite athletes with the right nutrition. Because what you put in your body matters — especially at this level.

This is what responsibility looks like. On and off the court.

Thank you .

Thank you to every athlete who gave everything out there.

This is exactly why we do what we do. 🙏

Six months in. Still cautious ⚠️
The progress speaks for itself—faster, stronger, moving in ways I couldn’t six months ago. Recovery isn’t linear, but it’s real.
Thanks to .ub for introducing me to this new resistance band training. And grateful reached out—now doing weekly sessions there. Each training, I get new input. Then I take it home and work through it all week. That refinement, those small adjustments… they’re already paying off in ways I can feel and see.
But here’s the truth: I want to move faster, jump harder, go all out. And I can’t. Not yet. My hamstrings, my knee, my muscles—they’re not ready for that kind of speed and load. So I stay disciplined. I stay cautious. Mindful.
Every single day, I’m doing something. Some days the body says “easy,” some days it says “go.” Either way, I’m showing up. Kaizen—relentless incremental progress.
Still plenty of work ahead. And I’m okay with that. Happy with the progress so far, but focused on building the strength that I still need to build

The most important thing I ever trained wasn’t my body.
September 2019. Himalaya. Just me and a driver to get up there.
No internet. No meetings. No distractions. Just silence, study, meditation, yoga. Alone.
As a kid I was pretty ADHD. Hyperactive. Reactive. Always talking back. My mind was loud and fast and hard to control.
That didn’t just disappear. I had to train it.
And the Himalaya was where I got serious about it.
Here’s what nobody tells you about meditation: it doesn’t silence your mind. Your mind goes crazy at first. Thoughts flying everywhere. Inner voice on overdrive.
But slowly — you learn to watch it instead of being controlled by it. You become conscious of the narrative running in your head. And then — you learn to change it.
That’s the real work.
I’m not a monk. I don’t meditate 8 hours a day anymore. But I did the work to get to a level where my mind operates differently now.
I notice it in pressure moments. In overload. In difficult conversations. I don’t react anymore. I respond. Slowly. Deliberately. With thought behind it.
That changed my behavior. My charisma. The way people experience me.
I still do it today. I found a cabin in Switzerland where I go to disconnect. Different place, same practice.
But here’s the thing — you don’t need the Himalaya. You don’t need a cabin in the mountains.
You just need 5 minutes.
Next time you’re waiting somewhere — don’t scroll. Sit with yourself. Breathe. Be aware of what’s going on in your head. That’s it.
Those minutes add up. Think of them as small investments in your personality. In who you’re becoming.
You cannot expect to grow — in business, in relationships, in life — without training your mind. Just like you train your body.
Do you go silent sometimes? Where and how long? Drop it in the comments. 👇

Most people avoid discomfort their whole life. Then wonder why they fall apart when it matters.
Charisma isn’t a gift. Calmness under pressure is a skill. And you have to train it.
You train it in cold water when everything screams get out.
You train it in the gym. Not just for health or losing weight. But for that moment when your muscles are burning, when you want to stop, when your brain is telling you you’re done. And you push one more rep. Then another. Because you know there’s always more in the tank than you think. Your body protects you. Your brain protects you. But when you repeatedly push past that — you rewire something. You teach yourself: I can do more than my mind tells me I can.
That’s mental strength disguised as physical pain.
You train it with breathwork. You train it in meditation — the hard kind. I sit in silence and deliberately imagine the worst. My kid gets sick. I lose everything. Financial collapse. I feel it fully. Then I realize — it hasn’t happened. But I also rehearse dealing with these things. So when real problems come, I’ve already lived through them.
And here’s what happens: You realize how small it all is. How small your worries are. And that’s liberating.
Because if it’s all small, then none of it is worth destroying yourself over. There’s always a solution. You’re healthy. You’re alive. It’s going to be okay.
That realization — earned through cold, through burning muscles, through rehearsing fear — makes you stop panicking. It makes you playful. It makes you try things.
Learn to suffer physically. Rehearse mentally. Discover that you’re smaller — and stronger — than you thought. 💪

What happens when you have everything — and still can’t take responsibility for anything?
I watched two stories this week I can’t get out of my head.
A few days ago: A Star is Born. Last night on the plane to Amsterdam: the Lamar Odom documentary on Netflix.
Two different worlds. Same devastating pattern.

Lamar Odom. One of the most gifted basketball players of his generation. A family that loved him. Kids who needed him.
And still — drugs. Alcohol. Destruction. Over and over again. 💔
A Star is Born. A musician (Bradley Cooper) adored by millions. A woman who loved him completely.
And still — the same dark spiral. The same damage to everyone around him. 💔

I kept asking: how? Why? They had everything.
I don’t fully understand it. And I’ll be honest — I’m lucky. Good parents. Healthy upbringing. The right surroundings. I didn’t have to fight those demons.
I’m deeply grateful for that. 🙏

But watching these stories reminded me of something I believe with everything I have:
RESPONSIBILITY IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING. 💪

When you don’t take it — low energy, bad mood, destructive behavior. You cost the people around you. You become a burden instead of an example.
When you DO take it — everything changes.

❤️ For your health: you show up better. You become the example your kids need to develop healthy and successful.
🏀 For your team: you go to bed on time, eat well, train properly. A team only wins when everybody does their part.
🌍 For the planet: you clean the oceans, regreen the earth. That’s what we do at Nutrifoodz — together with our community of over 200,000 members: the Nutrianen. Responsibility doesn’t stop at your front door.

One responsible person inspires another. That person inspires ten more. This is how communities become healthy. How the world actually changes. 🔥

Lamar and A Star is Born had the reach to inspire millions. But they didn’t take the responsibility.
We need strong people to take it. To build a great place to live and thrive.
Make sure you are that person. 👊
