Cinnamon contains aromatic compounds such as cinnamaldehyde, responsible for its distinctive warm, spicy fragrance. 🌿🤎

Our sense of smell is closely connected with the brain’s emotion and memory centres, which is why certain aromas can instantly influence how a space feels to us.

So this ritual combines aroma + intention + symbolism.

On the 1st day of the month:
