Watermelon vs Mango isn’t about which is better 🍉🥭
It’s about what your body needs.

Watermelon is light, hydrating and perfect for summer.
Mango has more fiber, keeps you fuller for longer, and brings amazing nutrients too.

More calories doesn’t automatically mean “unhealthy,” just like a higher glycemic index doesn’t make a food “bad.” Context matters.

Need hydration and something refreshing? Go for watermelon.
Need a more satisfying, nourishing snack? Choose mango.

Both have value. Both can fit.
Stop fearing fruits because of half information - start understanding them.
