August is here.!
This month I am focusing on release, releasing everything that is stopping me from moving ahead, that is stored in my body and is causing pain in different parts, not letting my inner child free , letting go of it to make space for new, letting go of my expectations from myself, from how perfect things should be, how I should be productive all the time, how I should not be in a certain way etc.
We all have programmed our subconscious with all this and if not this something else, it's time to make shifts in life to become happier, carefree and living in the moment.

Generally people choose yoga , but in my case yoga chose me to spread it to people who need it , people who want to learn it and spreading it around. From a corporate career to a yoga teacher , I feel this is the best decision of my life and I shall continue this forever.
Yoga has not only changed me but also my family and loved ones. It has helped me to connect to some beautiful souls who are now like a family.
Greatful , thankful and excited to walk on this path. 🙏🙏🙏

Day 2 of 15 days - 15 yoga poses is warrior lll or 3 .
This is amazing balancing asana which strengthens the legs and abdominal muscles. It brings great sense of control and calmness to mind and body and increases co-ordination.
It is hard for me now because after pregnancy we lose the balance and core control but getting there slowly 😍😍😍

This is one of the foundational standing yoga asanas which helps us to build focus, power and stability. It is amazing for toning the body, strengthening back and shoulders and learning how to use core muscles. .

Happy , healthy, and growing. This is how life should be and it's all starts from how one feels. Do not ignore your feelings, pay attention to it, take help if required and work towards it. No amount of materialism is going to heal you if you are not internally happy. .
One week to new year, let this coming year bring more of balance in life, plan in advance what makes your soul happy and take out time for it. Let the coming year be bright and progressive. .

Amazing experience of sharing my love for movement, meditation , pranayama and how to prepare body for a health pregnancy. Greatful to have got this chance of sharing with these lovely moms to be. We love when kids want to try out aerial class and do so well. It is amazing to build their strength and flexibility and along with that makes them more focused, sharp and improves their confidence. These little bundle of joy make our weekend super active and fun. .

Getting ready for final trimester and preparing mind for more rest and less work, more time for being in the moment and seizing it forever than just doing things, more reading and more self-care time. This is hard when one is used to working all the time but changing with the time and it demands and making mind more flexible is equally important and preparing to enter into taking care of this lovely soul growing inside me. .
Every day I feel greatful that he/she chose us to be part of the journey and watch miracle happening as the bub is growing 🥰🥰💫

How unedited daily practice at the end of 6months with the baby bump looks like.
One can safely practice yoga till the last day of pregnancy with lot of care and under guidance. It really helps in releasing all the stiffness from the body and release aches and pains.
Please do it under strict observation if you are pregnant and don't just follow it by looking at this video.

Sitting in office all day or just fiddling with phone, shoulders hold a lot of stress and become heavy causing discomfort. Here is a simple shoulder stretches that can be done on bed as soon as you get up or before going to bed to release all the stress from the shoulder and feel light and relaxed. .
It can be done in pregnancy too but if you have not practiced it before please do it only under guidance as there should be no pressure on the belly and area around the belly. Make sure the bub has enough space to move inside.
