Thrilled to share that I've completed an extensive 45-day internship in FSMS with Quality Management System,HACCP FSSC 22000,ISO 22000 ,Food Safely and Standards(Labelling and Display) Regulations.
This experience has given my entrepreneurial spirit the direction and clarity I needed to take my food business to the next level.
Life comes full circle - I did a Diploma in Business Entrepreneurship 25 years ago, and now it's all making sense.
Also, just completed a New Product Development course with MSME cell, where I got to work on a project - this will help me excel in my current FSSAI certified 4 food products.
Combining clinical nutrition expertise with business acumen and food tech skills... the future looks promising!
