I am back with one more HEALTHY RECIPE you can try which is very easy to make and it's mouthwatering too🤩

𝐎𝐀𝐓𝐒 𝐕𝐄𝐆𝐆𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒

1 cup oats flour
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup chopped capcium
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
½ tsp fruit salt / baking soda
1½ tsp ghee for greasing and cooking

For serving
Dahiwali phudina ki chutney tomato sauce.. 1. Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit salt, along with 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency.
2. Just before making the pancakes, sprinkle the fruit salt and 2 tsp of water over the batter.
3. When the bubbles form, mix gently.
4. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using ¼ tsp oil.
5. Pour a spoonful of the batter on it and spread in a circular motion to make thick round.
6. Cook, using ¼ tsp of ghee, till it turns light brown in colour from both sides.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 more pancakes.

I have always told everyone and my clients that to lose weight we have to EAT RIGHT NOT EAT LESS‼️
Yes, to lose weight we have to go to calorie deficit. In addition to that, we have to make sure that we consume all the nutrition which our body requires. ✅
But when we starve ourselves to death, we only lose muscle and water weight. Body starts storing fat. Why? Because our brain triggers the SURVIVAL MODE.📛
Then why do we lose Muscle not FAT? Because body needs energy and it is easier to burn muscles than to burn fat. 💧
As simple as this concept sounds, it is often misunderstood and most of the people still grab Dieting (eating very very less) as the host to lose weight. ❌

Hormones play the same role in our body as Oil and Grease in the engine of a car. Hormones are chemical substances produced by the human body naturally to keep our body active. Humans can’t live without the secretion of hormones.

Hormones are generated in the glands of our body. There are many glands in the human body but there are only few glands which produce hormones.
There are 6 glands which produce hormones.

Lack of hormones or excess of hormons can cause health problem like: decrease in fertility, thyroid problem that can cause over weight, pimples, diabetes etc'

In Order to keep our Hormons balance in our body we should eat healthy, do exercise and avoid Processed carbohydrates and sugars.

Now that the Diwali festivities are over, it might be time to do some damage control. Especially before the wedding season starts!

The first step is to cut down/refrain from sweets. 🍫 If you have been eating sweets everyday during Diwali then it might be a little difficult at first but it will gradually become easier. Make a conscious effort.

The second step is to curb your alcohol intake. 🍸 Take a break for a few days & hydrate yourself with water, juices, soups, coconut water etc. .The third (& the most important) step is to eat simple homemade food. Keep it light & use fresh vegetables. 🥦 Do not overcook/ use too many spices/ eat fried/ cook too many dishes/ overeat. Stick to the basics- dal-chawal/ roti-sabji-dal/ khichdi-kadhi/ pulao-raita etc.

Fourth, have early dinners. 🍲 Try to finish your meal by 7:30-8pm. If you’re going to be up till late (which I strongly advise against), curb your hunger with healthy nuts & green tea. Get 6-7 hours of sound sleep every night to rejuvenate & strengthen your body.. Lastly, start some form of regular physical exercise. 🧘‍♂️ Find something you enjoy doing & can do every day given your lifestyle & circumstances.
