ЁЯеЬ Homemade Healthy Peanut Butter Recipe
ЁЯФ╕Ingredients (Only 3!)
* 2 cups roasted peanuts (skin removed)
* 1тАУ2 tsp jaggery powder or honey (optional, for slight sweetness)
* 2 tabsp - peanut oil
* A pinch of pink salt (optional)
ЁЯФ╕How to Make
1.Roast the peanuts on low flame for 4тАУ5 minutes until warm (if using already roasted peanuts, heat lightly тАФ helps release oil faster).
2. Cool slightly and add them to a mixie/food processor.
3. Grind for 1 minute, scrape sides, grind again.
4. Continue grinding until it turns into:
* Powder
* Clumpy paste
* Smooth creamy peanut butter (natural oil releases on its own)
5. Add jaggery and salt if needed, blend again for a few seconds.
6. Store in an air-tight glass jar for 15тАУ20 days.
