ЁЯеЬ Homemade Healthy Peanut Butter Recipe

ЁЯФ╕Ingredients (Only 3!)

* 2 cups roasted peanuts (skin removed)
* 1тАУ2 tsp jaggery powder or honey (optional, for slight sweetness)
* 2 tabsp - peanut oil
* A pinch of pink salt (optional)

ЁЯФ╕How to Make

1.Roast the peanuts on low flame for 4тАУ5 minutes until warm (if using already roasted peanuts, heat lightly тАФ helps release oil faster).
2. Cool slightly and add them to a mixie/food processor.
3. Grind for 1 minute, scrape sides, grind again.
4. Continue grinding until it turns into:

* Powder
* Clumpy paste
* Smooth creamy peanut butter (natural oil releases on its own)
5. Add jaggery and salt if needed, blend again for a few seconds.
6. Store in an air-tight glass jar for 15тАУ20 days.

ЁЯМ║ Beetroot tahini Dip

ЁЯФ╕Ingredients
* 1 medium boiled beetroot
* 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
* 1 small onion (roughly chopped)
* 1тАУ2 green chillies
* 1 small piece ginger
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 3тАУ4 tbsp curd (for creaminess)
* ┬╜ tsp roasted cumin seeds
* A few fresh coriander leaves
* Black pepper to taste
* Salt to taste

ЁЯег Quick Recipe

1. Boil beetroot until soft, peel and cool it.
2. Dry roast sesame seeds until lightly golden.
3. Add beetroot, sesame seeds, onion, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice, curd, cumin seeds, coriander, salt, and black pepper to a blender.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Adjust thickness with a spoon of curd or little water.
6. Serve chilled with veggie sticks, crackers, paratha chips, or use as a sandwich spread.
