⬇️⬇️READ CAPTION⬇️⬇️
**Tennis elbow** also known as 👉🏻 (lateral epicondylitis) is caused primarily by repetitive strain and overuse of the muscles and tendons attached to the lateral epicondyle (**outer side of the elbow joint**)
🚨Here are some causes :
➡️Overuse: Frequent and excessive use of the arm for activities like typing, using tools, or other repetitive tasks can contribute to tendon overload and injury.

➡️Repetitive Motion: Activities that involve repeated wrist and arm movements, such as tennis, baseball, or certain manual labor tasks, can strain the extensor muscles and tendons attached to the lateral epicondyle.

➡️Inadequate Warm-Up: No proper warm up before engaging in physical activities can lead to increased susceptibility to tendon strain and injury.

➡️Poor Recovery: Inadequate rest or recovery between periods of activity can prevent the tendons from healing properly and can increase the risk of overuse injuries.

➡️Weak Wrist and Forearm Muscles: Weakness in the wrist and forearm muscles can reduce their ability to absorb and distribute forces, leading to increased stress on the tendons.

➡️Poor Ergonomics: Improper posture or poor work place ergonomics can contribute to elbow strain.
