This year, I didn’t have to introduce myself much—and that felt special. 🤗
Meaningful conversations around my research topic with legendary Yoga Gurus, understanding the diversity of teachings across traditions, and realizing that all paths ultimately lead towards Yog was the biggest takeaway from this conclave.
The blessings of Dr. Ananda Sir are invaluable, especially during this challenging yet rewarding phase of a researcher’s journey.
Listening to Dr. Hansa Maa is always inspiring. Her insights into Yoga and Neuroscience never fail to leave a lasting impression.
It was wonderful meeting my S-VYASA PhD professors and the renowned Yogacharya Dhakaram in person .
Shri Krishnamacharya was not merely a Yoga Guru; he nurtured extraordinary teachers who continue to preserve and share his wisdom in their own unique ways, disciples became an extraordinary Gurus. Receiving guidance from Sridharan Sir who is one of the live disciple of TKS after the session was something I had wished for for a long time.
I was also inspired by the vision shared by Saurabh Bothra on how online Yoga can effectively reach and benefit people across the globe. Having taught Yoga online for the past 10 years, it deeply resonated with me. It has been a privilege to serve and spread awareness among beginners and advanced practitioners worldwide.
“Unity in Diversity” was truly the most fitting theme for this remarkable event.
🙏 Grateful for the learnings, blessings, connections, and inspiration.
