My weight was lost almost 11 kg but no satisfactory pain reduction or development in joints. Meanwhile I was reading more and more on AVN and its non surgical medicines around the world and its use and its side effects. I started extensive trials on herbal and homeopathic medicines to prevent joints and live healthy life.
