Honoured to conduct a workshop on “Communication Skills and Work-Life Balance for Judges” at the prestigious Maharashtra Judicial Academy & Indian Mediation Centre & Training Institute today. ⚖️✨

Grateful to the Director, shree Uday B. Shukla, sir and Shree Bhushan Thakur sir for the opportunity to engage with newly appointed District Judges and CJJD & JMFC officers as part of their induction training. It was a meaningful session discussing the psychological aspects of effective communication, emotional regulation, and maintaining work-life balance in such demanding roles. 🧠
