Dr Ashish Sarode Just wrapped up a intensive immersive training at Okuno Clinic in Tokyo, Japan — training directly under Dr. Yuji Okuno, the pioneer of musculoskeletal embolization (TAME/G*E) for chronic tendinopathies.

Conditions like frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, knee pain, Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis often become chronic — with no proper surgical solution and limited long-term relief from conservative treatment. Transcatheter arterial embolization targets the abnormal blood vessels driving inflammation and pain, offering a minimally invasive option where surgery isn't the answer.

This technique is still very rarely performed in India, and RADIANCE CLINIC is proud to be one of the earliest clinics from India to offer this to the patients suffering from chronic pain .

Vascular malformations can cause significant distress as they can recur if inadequately treated. When on skin, they may bleed spontaneously or on trivial touch and may also cause significant pain.

This young girl, has had open surgery 4 years back to remove the vascular mass, but unfortunately it recurred withing 4 months.

Fortunately this was one of the lesions which was amenable for embolization and percutaneous sclerotherapy.

Presenting to you her 3 month follow up after the procedure.
Now she is pain free and is all set to study painfree for her SSC examination.
