Self-care for the week:

Mind - Your creativity is flowing this week; it's the perfect time for brain storming sessions, so carry a small notebook with you to write down every idea that comes to mind. All your ideas hold great potential this week, so be sure to catch them all!

Body - The whirlwind of activity that this week brings can feel overwhelming. Each day, practice deep breathing at intervals throughout the day. This will help you think more clearly so that you can turn this week's inspiring energy into meaningful productivity.

Soul/Spirit - It's easy to get swept up in this week's raw energy which is moving like a whirlwind. Stay grounded by opening and energizing your root chakra and by counting things around yourself that you can see, smell, touch, feel, and hear.

Consulting a healer or therapist this week to help you remove the potential blocks you may have unconsciously put in your path will work wonders for you!

Self care for the day:

Mind: Make a change in your nighttime routine to support positive sleeping habits. Try putting on some relaxing music at a distance (you can find plenty of healing soundtracks online!), make your bed a technology-free zone, reduce your exposure to white light (from devices like mobiles, TVs, laptops/desktops) at least 2 hours before heading to bed, or simply commit to going to sleep a little earlier.

Body: Commit to healthier hydration habits! Find a snazzy (or cute) water bottle, and start carrying it with you wherever you go. (And don't forget to take a swig every now and then, too!)

Soul/Spirit: Prevent energy blockages by speaking up rather than letting things build up under the rug. If something bothers you, try talking about it instead of pushing it all away with a distraction.
Do consider therapy or healing sessions to process the blockages you may already have, too.

Today, do limit the time you spend around people who consistently put you down, or hold you back.

The past is already gone and there is no controlling that.
Today, choose to affirm this. Say it 21 times, with a glass of water, at least once. You can do more repititions of 21, with or without water, throughout the day or week ✨

When you're guilty of something, how do you talk to yourself about it? Do you constantly admonish yourself, or do you talk to yourself as though you were a child - kindly, compassionately explaining what went wrong?

Self talk is so much more important than all the kindness you give away to the world..if you're not kind to yourself, all that kindness and compassion you give others will never make its way back to you.. it will always be tainted with your guilt. You won't be able to give it to others fully.

Be kind to yourself first, and you're already making a difference to everyone's lives you touch 💕
