🌧️ *WEDA MONSOON PICNIC 2026*

— *A DAY TO REMEMBER!* 🌈

A *BIG THANK YOU* to every *WEDA Life Member, Doctor and family member* who came together and made our Monsoon Picnic a *grand celebration of togetherness, laughter, friendship and joy!* ❤️

The most rewarding part of any *WEDA* initiative is not the numbers, the arrangements or the expenditure—it is the *smile on our members’ faces, their satisfaction and the feeling that “Yes, this was worth it!”* And yesterday, those smiles and expressions said it all. 😊

We were aware that some may question the choice of venue and the investment involved. But sometimes, *the true worth of an initiative is understood only when its purpose is experienced.*

💲After strong negotiations, the actual cost at Tikujiniwadi was *₹1,450 per person*, while WEDA charged our members only *₹300*, thereby contributing approximately *₹1,150 per person* from the association’s resources.

🛡️*Why did we do it?*

Because we wanted to give our members *value, comfort and happiness—not just another outing.*

Choosing a nearby destination was a conscious and thoughtful decision— *saving precious time, reducing travel expenses, avoiding exhausting traffic jams and eliminating 5–6 hours of unnecessary to-and-fro travel.* Members also had the flexibility to arrive and leave at their convenience.

And what did we get in return?

🌿 Beautiful green surroundings
💦 Waterpark, Wet & dry activities
🎢 Amusement Park, Fun-Fair and games
🍽️ Delicious food
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Quality family time
😂 Endless laughter
❤️ And most importantly— *memories together!*

With *258+ members attending*, the response itself became the strongest testimony to the success of the event.

*Sometimes, the best decision is not the one that looks perfect on paper, but the one that creates happiness in people’s lives.* And yesterday, every smiling face, every word of appreciation and every heartfelt “Thank you” made us feel that *WEDA’s investment in its Life Members was truly worthwhile.*

*Celebration of Wagle Estate Doctors Association (WEDA)* was truly a celebration filled with patriotism, enthusiasm, togetherness and pride. 🇮🇳
The *Flag Hoisting Ceremony*, followed by the *National Anthem and inspiring addresses by our Chief Guest ● Shri Krishna Kokani Saheb, Senior PI, Shree Nagar Police Station, our Guests of Honour ● Dr. Sanjeev Jain and ● Mr. Saurabh Gupta, along with our President ● Dr. J. B. Bhor*, created a memorable and meaningful morning for everyone present.

What made today’s celebration truly special was the *beautiful synchrony of Team WEDA*. Behind every successful event is a team that works quietly, passionately and selflessly—and today, that spirit was visible in every detail.

✨On the auspicious occasion of Ashadhi Ekadashi, Mauli Seva Mandal in collaboration with the Wagle Estate Doctors Association (WEDA) successfully organized a Mega Medical Camp at Pandharpur to serve the lakhs of arriving Warkaris and devotees.

It was a deeply humbling and spiritually fulfilling experience to provide medical aid, distribute essential medicines, and care for the health of the pilgrims who walk hundreds of miles with pure devotion.Thank you for initiative taken by Dr Ganesh Gawade, Dr Uttam Bhor, Dr Perumal, Dr D J Bhor
