നെടുമങ്ങാട് ജില്ലാ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രസവത്തെ തുടർന്ന് നവജാത ശിശു മരിച്ച സംഭവത്തിൽ മനഃപൂർവമുള്ള വീഴ്ചയോ ചികിത്സാ പിഴവോ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് വിദഗ്ധ സമിതിയുടെ കണ്ടെത്തൽ. പ്രസവസമയത്തുണ്ടായ അപ്രതീക്ഷിത സങ്കീർണ്ണതകളാണ് (adverse intrapartum outcome) മരണകാരണമെന്നും, ഇതൊരു തടയാൻ കഴിയുന്ന മരണമായിരുന്നില്ലെന്നും ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പിന് സമർപ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു
