Escape to Kookal Valley. 🌿

3 days, 2 nights at an organic farm tucked into Kodaikanal’s misty hills — where your food comes straight from the soil you’re standing on.

Day 1 starts with an Opening Circle and settles into a Full-Moon Gathering and Moon Bathing under the actual Shravan Purnima sky.

Day 2 opens with a Sunrise Hike, moves through Art Therapy, Journaling and Conscious Living conversations, and closes around a Campfire with Intention Setting.

Day 3 grounds you with Yoga and Breath Work, a Farm Tour, and Strawberry Harvesting — before a Closing Circle sends you home.

Stay: 2 nights at the organic farm, surrounded by hills.
Meals: wholesome, farm-fresh organic meals all three days — grown and harvested where you eat.

I asked 400 mothers a simple question yesterday. Who here feels too busy to take care of herself? Nearly every hand in the room went up.

I was at Kothakotae Pupils High School, invited to speak on women’s health. And that one moment told me everything I needed to know about why this conversation matters.

We spoke about four things.

How a woman’s biological clock shapes her emotional and mental health in ways most of us were never taught to understand. Not as a weakness. As information.

How balance between work and personal life is not a time management problem. It is a biology problem. You cannot schedule your way out of a depleted nervous system.

How health does not require more hours. It requires intention. Twenty minutes, the right ritual, done consistently. That is enough to begin.

And the one that stayed with me longest: the quiet, enormous weight of a woman’s role in nurturing her child’s life and future. And how she cannot do that well if she has stopped taking care of herself first.

A woman cannot pour from an empty vessel.

That is the room I keep coming back to.

My life, my rituals, the products I make all follow the same philosophy.

Is this genuinely good for her? Not just effective. Not just natural-sounding. Actually, honestly good for her.

Thank you to Kothakotae Pupils High School for having me. And to every woman in that hall for showing up for herself.

There’s something different about holding space during a full moon — the energy is louder, the release deeper. Tonight, singing bowls, gongs, and vibration became the medicine. Every tone was a reminder to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome in what does.

If you felt this through the screen, that’s the frequency doing its work. 🎶🌙

Yoga is so much more than the poses we strike on our mats — it’s a complete path to inner peace. Ancient sages gave us Ashtanga, the 8 limbs of yoga, as a roadmap:

1️⃣ Yama — how we treat others (truth, non-violence)
2️⃣ Niyama — how we treat ourselves (discipline, contentment)
3️⃣ Asana — the physical postures
4️⃣ Pranayama — control of the breath
5️⃣ Pratyahara — withdrawal of the senses
6️⃣ Dharana — concentration
7️⃣ Dhyana — meditation
8️⃣ Samadhi — pure bliss & union

This International Yoga, we practiced just one limb together — but every breath brought us closer to all eight. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning. Here’s to carrying that stillness with you long after the mat rolls up. 🙏

This is Nadi Shodhana.

Close your left. Inhale through the right.

Now reverse. Exhale through the left.

Your entire nervous system shifting gear.

We do this every full moon in a circle, in Tirupati before we go deeper.

“We wrote down everything that no longer serves us — the fears, patterns, relationships, and stories holding us back. On the other side, we wrote what we wish to call in - the abundance, love, clarity, and peace we desire.
Then we burned it. Not as a mere activity, but as a declaration to the universe.”

Writing it down
— Moves it from the subconscious mind onto the physical plane. It becomes real, seen, and acknowledged.

Two sides of the paper
— Reflects the law of duality. You cannot truly attract without first releasing. Letting go creates the space for what you want.

The burning
— Fire in almost every spiritual tradition is a purifier and transmitter. When you burn the paper:

• The release side — is surrendered, dissolved, liberated
• The attract side — is sent as an intention into the universe, like a prayer rising with the smoke

The ash
— What remains is pure. It represents your transformed self — lighter, clearer, open.

This is Bhava Samadhi, the art of letting go. Not as a metaphor. As a practice.

In Ayurveda, the full moon is a window.

The body is most receptive, most open, most ready to shed what it has accumulated.

We do this every month. In a circle.

The next one is in June.

If something in you recognised what you just watched. DM me.

The session ended. A few people didn’t leave.

They sat quietly, asking questions they hadn’t known to ask before they walked in.

Why do I feel this light?

Every month, on the full moon, we hold this space.

Nadi Shodhana. Bhava Samadhi. Music. Journaling.

Whatever the body has been holding, we release it here.

The next circle is in June, Full Moon Day.

DM me if something in you is asking the same question.
