⚠️ PUBLIC REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE – PENDING WHEELCHAIR RENTAL ISSUE ⚠️
💔 Trust Lost Over Just ₹16–₹33 Per Day
For many years, we at TIRUPUR HEALTHCARE AND SURGICALS have been providing medical equipment not only as a business but also as a service to patients and families in need.
A new wheelchair costs approximately ₹6,000–₹7,000. To help patients avoid this expense, we provide wheelchairs on rent at very affordable rates.
✅ Tirupur & Nearby Areas – ₹500 per month (Approx. ₹16 per day)
✅ Outstation Customers – ₹1,000 per month (Approx. ₹33 per day)
On 05-12-2025, a wheelchair was rented to:
Mr. Syed Ali
Owner – NJ Ambulance, Dharapuram
An advance payment of ₹500 was received and the wheelchair was handed over with proper documentation.
Today, more than 5 months have passed, yet:
❌ The wheelchair has not been returned.
❌ The pending rental dues have not been settled.
❌ Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in any resolution.
During these months, whenever contact was established, we were repeatedly told:
• “I will send it today.”
• “I will return it tomorrow.”
• “Someone will bring it.”
• “Please wait a few more days.”
Trusting these assurances, we patiently waited.
Unfortunately, the promises were never fulfilled.
In several instances, calls were disconnected, communication became difficult, and the matter continued to be postponed.
The issue is not about ₹500 or ₹1,000.
The issue is about trust, responsibility, and keeping one’s word.
What hurts most is that this wheelchair was intended to help patients who genuinely need medical support. During these months, it could have been used by several other patients and families.
📌 Supporting Documents Available
To avoid any misunderstanding, we are sharing the rental receipt and customer identification details that were provided to us during the transaction.
This wheelchair was not given without documentation. Proper rental records, advance payment details, and customer identification were collected and maintained by our company.
The purpose of sharing these documents is only to establish the authenticity of this transaction and demonstrate that this is a genuine unresolved rental issue.
