This isn’t a modern nutrition hack—it’s simple Ayurveda. 🌿
According to Ayurveda, 11:00 AM–12:30 PM is when our digestive fire (Agni) is at its strongest. Most school-going children have already eaten their main meal during this time.
Giving them another heavy lunch as soon as they get home can increase sluggishness and make them feel sleepy. Instead, support their body with hydrating and light, nourishing foods that restore energy without overloading digestion.
When we understand Vata, Pitta, Kapha and eat according to the body’s natural rhythm, children stay more energetic, active, and focused.
Nature has always known the science. We just need to follow it. 🌿✨
