Project Navjeevan empowers specially abled individuals by providing prosthetic limbs that enable independent and dignified living.
An assessment camp at Gayaj Village near Padra saw 44 beneficiaries from across Gujarat evaluated for customized prosthetics, moving them closer to mobility and self-reliance. The initiative aims to support 100 individuals with advanced carbon prosthetic limbs using German technology. Dr. Vandana Patel, Chairperson – CSR Initiative, Farmson Group, attended the camp, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to transforming lives.

52,000 tonnes of Paracetamol API don't make themselves. The shift that starts at 5:45 AM in Jhagadia does.

Today isn't about wishes. It's about the thousands of people who make Farmson actually work.

Our longest-serving plant operator has been on the floor for 25 years. He started the year the factory installed its second reactor. The night-shift team at Nandesari runs a handoff checklist at 10 PM that hasn't missed a single step in a single shift. Our QC lab stays open 24/7, by the time the first emails land during general shift; batches have already been cleared.

Workers' Day in a pharma plant means quiet competence that puts a tablet in a patient's hand somewhere across 65 countries, every few seconds.
