For years, the term Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) has confused millions of women.
Because most women with PCOS do NOT actually have ovarian cysts.

Those tiny structures seen on ultrasound are usually immature follicles — not dangerous cysts that need surgery. And honestly… this is something I’ve been explaining to clients for a very long time.

PCOS is much bigger than ovaries alone.
