Arti ma’am’s workshop for children

“Yoga isn’t cool!” — or is it? 😊🧘‍♀️

That’s what many kids may think… until they actually experience it.

At our recent Kids’ Yoga Workshop at Yogashraya Vadodara, the children stretched, balanced, breathed, laughed and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. ❤️

For growing minds and bodies, yoga can support focus, flexibility, balance, body awareness and calm — valuable skills in today’s fast, screen-filled world.

A heartfelt thank you to Arti Ma’am and Heena Ma’am, and to all the wonderful parents who encouraged their children to be part of this experience. 🙏🌸

The group was small, but the response was wonderful. We hope more parents will encourage their children to experience yoga — not just as exercise, but as a life skill they can carry forward.

Tagging our lovely parents who made this workshop possible ❤️

"On the Punyatithi of Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, we bow in deep reverence and gratitude to our beloved Guruji. Through his timeless teachings, profound literature, and mastery over asanas and pranayama, he illuminated the path of yoga for millions across the world. His wisdom, discipline, and light continue to guide every breath and practice. Humble tributes to the legendary master."
