It is a simple yet highly effective yogic movement that works deeply on your pelvic region and lower abdomen 🌿

Chakki Chaalasan is not just an exercise—it’s a preparation of the body for motherhood 💛

✔️ For Pregnancy Planning:
Regular practice helps improve blood circulation to the uterus and ovaries, supports hormonal balance, and prepares the pelvic muscles for natural conception.

✔️ For 2nd & 3rd Trimester:
It gently increases pelvic flexibility, reduces lower back stiffness, and helps the body prepare for smoother labour and delivery 🤰

This circular movement helps in opening and strengthening the pelvic area—very important for normal delivery ✨

👉 Do it slowly and mindfully with proper breathing
👉 Avoid in high-risk pregnancy or if advised by your doctor

Sugarcane is more than just sweetness… it deeply nourishes the body and supports Shukra dhatu 💛

In Ayurveda, it is known to improve strength, vitality, and reproductive health when taken in the right way 🌿✨

But the benefit depends on HOW you consume it 👇

✔ Best way:
• Eat sugarcane by chewing it with your teeth 🦷
• Always consume it in daytime ☀️
• Take it according to your digestive power (Agni)

⚠️ Be careful while taking juice:
• ❌ Never consume stale (basi) sugarcane juice
• ❌ Avoid juice that is already stored or kept in the machine
• ✔ Make sure it is freshly prepared in front of you
• ✔ The sugarcane should be properly cleaned/scraped (no insects or dirt)
• ✔ Juice should be pure and hygienic

Right method = Right results 🌱
