Did a knee flexion contracture release yesterday in a 2 year old. Kid had history of im injection on the thigh after which she developed knee contracture with 20 degree flexion. On MRI there was a vastus medialis tether in the proximal thigh which was released.

Did our first Total knee replacement surgery yesterday. Patient walking on day1.
