Bhopal 2026 – A Warm Welcome Beyond Words ❤️

After Jyotirling Darshan, blessings.. and.. a long, tiring journey with fever, I finally reached the conference venue in Bhopal. What awaited me was not just a conference, but the warmth, love, and affection of friends and colleagues who have become family over the years.

This memorable moment was captured with some of the finest professionals and wonderful human beings in our fraternity:

🔹 Srinivas K
– Trust Hospital, Kakinada
🔹 Chaitanya O B
– KIMS, Secunderabad
🔹 Sarwesh Bhai
– Founder-SINCT-Bhopal and the man behind the conference.
🔹 Arun Kumar G
– Friend and colleague for decades, Apollo Secunderabad & President-Telangana Society for CVTs
🔹 Srinivasa Rao T
– ESI Hospital, Hyderabad
🔹 Pandit Hemendra Ji
– Co-Founder, SINCT-Bhopal.

Moments like these remind us about friendships, mutual respect, and the bonds that unite us across cities and institutions.

Grateful for this warm reception and the opportunity to reconnect with such amazing colleagues. Looking forward to meaningful learning, collaboration, and creating more beautiful memories together.

Friendship. Fellowship. Professional Excellence. 🤝❤️

Grateful for the encouraging response and thoughtful discussions during yesterday’s presentation on building a stronger and more united national community for Cardiovascular Technologists across India.

The interaction reflected a shared understanding that true national progress cannot be achieved overnight .. it requires vision, patience, transparency, equal representation, and the involvement of every region and every voice. The roadmap discussed emphasized gradual, democratic and academically driven growth with collective leadership at its core.

Appreciation and constructive criticism are equally important in this journey, because meaningful progress is built through open dialogue, mutual respect and continuous improvement.

Together, let us work towards a professional platform that is inclusive, ethical, future-focused and worthy of the next generation of Cardiovascular Technologists.

One Profession. One Vision. One Stronger Future.

Right-sided aortic arch is a rare congenital vascular anomaly in which the aortic arch courses to the right side of the trachea instead of the normal left-sided orientation. Its incidence is approximately 0.05–0.1% in the general population.

In this case, the anomaly was encountered incidentally during routine coronary angiography in a left-sided heart. Despite the unusual catheter course, coronary engagement and angioplasty were performed smoothly without significant procedural difficulty.

This video highlights:
• Fluoroscopic appearance of a right-sided aortic arch
• Catheter course during coronary angiography
• Cath lab recognition of vascular anatomical variants
• Importance of awareness and procedural adaptability

A valuable educational case for cardiovascular technologists, cath lab professionals, and interventional cardiology teams.
