Grateful for the encouraging response and thoughtful discussions during yesterday’s presentation on building a stronger and more united national community for Cardiovascular Technologists across India.

The interaction reflected a shared understanding that true national progress cannot be achieved overnight .. it requires vision, patience, transparency, equal representation, and the involvement of every region and every voice. The roadmap discussed emphasized gradual, democratic and academically driven growth with collective leadership at its core.

Right-sided aortic arch is a rare congenital vascular anomaly in which the aortic arch courses to the right side of the trachea instead of the normal left-sided orientation. Its incidence is approximately 0.05–0.1% in the general population.

In this case, the anomaly was encountered incidentally during routine coronary angiography in a left-sided heart. Despite the unusual catheter course, coronary engagement and angioplasty were performed smoothly without significant procedural difficulty.
