⚠️ Know the signs: persistent headaches, vision changes, pulsatile tinnitus, nausea, or dizziness.

Center features a quote from the story. Bottom-left: circular badge with Neha's photo surrounded by blue-green butterflies alongside her details.
Quote 1: "IIH is not just a medical diagnosis—it is a lived reality, a journey of resilience, and a testament to the human spirit’s ability to adapt and thrive against daunting odds."
Quote 2: "I am Dr. Neha Bhagwani, a researcher, and my journey with IIH began unexpectedly, marked by relentless headaches, vomiting, dizziness, and sudden disturbances in vision. At first, my symptoms were mistaken for a simple stomach infection. What followed were 15 excruciating days of confusion, uncertainty, and unmanageable pain before the correct diagnosis was finally made."
Quote 3: "By that time, the damage had already been devastating, an opening pressure of 46 cm H₂O had left me with nearly 99% vision loss. In just a matter of days, I had gone blind. Conventional medication could not control such elevated pressure, and I had to undergo TP/LP shunt surgery(spine).
Though intimidating, that surgical intervention became a pivotal moment in my life. It gave me back a portion of my sight—not complete, but just enough to hold on to hope. It reminded me that even in the deepest darkness, there can still be light."
Quote 4: "Yet, IIH is more than its physical manifestations. It carries with it a silent, emotional weight that is often overlooked—the constant adjustments in lifestyle, the strain on relationships, and the unspoken battles with anxiety, depression, and isolation. What has been particularly painful is society’s lack of understanding. To many, IIH is invisible, and this invisibility breeds further alienation."
Quote 5: "But I refused to let IIH define me. Despite vision loss and constant uncertainty, I chose to rise from despair, rebuild my identity, and continue forward.
Today, I am the founder of Dr. Neha’s Classes, an educational center where I dedicate myself to empowering students through knowledge. Each day, I seek to prove that resilience does not mean life without hardship—it means finding the courage to move forward in spite of it."
Quote 6: "IIH has transformed the way I perceive life. It has taught me that real strength lies not in what we lose, but in what we choose to reclaim. Through determination, courage, and an unwavering will, I have learned not to measure my life by limitations, but by my ability to rewrite them into purpose."
Song Lyrics next to the photo: “मैं अपनी ही दुनिया बनाऊंगी..
इक ज़िंदगी मेरी, सौ ख्वाहिशा..
मैं जीना, मैं जीना, मैं पूरी तरह
I will create a world of my own..
This one life of mine, a hundred dreams..
I will live—truly, fully.”
