Your body doesn’t need one over the other—it needs strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, and breath awareness. 💪🧘‍♀️❤️

Each serves a different purpose, and real fitness comes from balancing all of them.

You don’t need extreme workouts or hours of training. You need the right dosage of the right things, done consistently.

Stop asking, “Which is better?”
Start asking, “What is my body missing?”

Because true fitness isn’t about choosing sides. It’s about building a body that is healthy, functional, resilient, and feels good every day.

Experiencing prolonged muscle soreness?💫

Not able to recover from soreness even after 2-3 days? 🍃

Fix these two things and enjoy your training.

1. Fix your protein in each meal 🍛

✅ Protein is the food for your muscles. In absence of enough protein in diet; your muscles starve and signal you in the form of soreness.

2. Fix 7-8 hours of sound uninterrupted sleep 😴

✅ Sound sleep is when your muscles repair from daily wear and tear. If you have worked out but not slept well; that’s the recovery gap built up there. Hence this soreness which should ideally be supposed to get over in a day; stays with you for long.
