Your body needs strength to carry, lift and move confidently. It needs stamina to keep up with life’s demands. It needs flexibility to move freely. It needs endurance to sustain effort. And it needs breathwork to regulate stress and recovery.
After training bodies for more than a decade, one thing has become very clear to me: the healthiest bodies aren’t choosing one. They’re developing all of these qualities together.
That’s exactly why our practice combines yoga, strength, cardio and breathwork in a thoughtful sequence—without losing the essence of yoga.
