Most employees are working in pain—and no one is tracking it.
Neck stiffness, back pain, constant fatigue… it’s become “normal” in most workplaces.
But here’s the problem:
Pain doesn’t just affect the body—it reduces focus, energy, and overall productivity.
From what I’ve seen, this usually comes down to:
• Long hours in static posture
• Poor breathing patterns
• Lack of structured movement
The good news?
This can be improved with small, consistent interventions.
