زستانە و پێستی زۆربەمان وشک و زبر دەبێ، بە تایبەت ئەوانەی نەخۆشی پێستیان هەیە وەک وشکنوونەوە و ئیکزیما

ئەی چارەسەر چیە؟

کڕیمی شێدارکەرەوەی بە پێکهاتە سروشتیەکانی کە بریتین لە:
١- شیا بوتەر “Shea Butter” کە ئیش لە قوڵای پێست دەکات، و خۆراکی پێستە، وا دەکات کە بۆ ماوەیەکی درێژ پێست بە شێداری بمێنێتەوە.

٢- ڤاکسینەم مێریتیلەس “Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Extract “ دژە ئۆکسانەکان دەپارێزێت کە بەرپرسن لە پاراستنی پێست، و ناهێڵێت پێستەکەت ماندوو و ناشیرین دەرکەوێت، و بە زیندووی دەیهێڵێتەوە.

٣- ڕۆنی سروشتی بادەم “Almond Oil” نەرمکردن و لابردنی پێستی مردوو، لە هەمان کاتدا شێداری دەدات بە پێست.

٤- ڕۆنی سروشتی ئاڤۆکادۆ “ Avocado oil” چاودێریکردنی پێستە، و خۆراک و نەرمی دەدات بە پێست، یارمەتی تەواوکەرەکانی پێست دەدات و بە یەکپارچەیی ئیش بکەن.
