🦷 We Are Hiring | Sales & Marketing Specialist – Dental Business Unit
Ashur Medical Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Dental Business Unit in Baghdad.
The successful candidate will support the growth of our dental solutions portfolio by building strong relationships with dentists, clinics, laboratories, hospitals, universities, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote dental equipment, materials, consumables, and related solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Visit customers and present products based on their clinical and commercial needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, and support deal closure.
• Develop and implement marketing activities, campaigns, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, application, service, and logistics teams.
• Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in dental sales, medical sales, or healthcare marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct field visits and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with the Iraqi dental market is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
