✨Above all else, learn to be selfish with how you spend your energy

✨Make sure your home is a safe place for you emotionally and energetically

✨Have a protection routine with your spirit team

✨Know your limits and make a plan to stop going over them

✨Have a healthy way to decompress when you do get drained

✨Practice listening to your body because your body always knows

✨Always make time for what brings you joy.
