Day Five at Osa Major.
By now our mornings have their own little rhythm. Our daily ritual, movement in the Shala and brunch together before everyone found their way into the afternoon.
A few massages, a little card reading, some quiet time at Osa, while a few of the women headed into Palma for shopping and a change of scenery.
We gathered again for an early dinner before making our way to the Shala for the evening. This time there was nothing to do but lie down, close our eyes and let Birjiwan carry us through the most beautiful sound bath.
And because apparently we’re not quite ready for bed when we say we are, a little gathering afterwards turned into a game, a song and, of course, more laughter.
One last full day tomorrow. I’m not quite ready.
