Join the 12 Days of Invoking The Light

Join me live online for a transformative 12-day morning Sadhana, a spiritual practice designed to nourish and illuminate your inner self. This journey will guide us through the holiday season, a time when our Agni, or "digestive fire," is essential for maintaining health and vitality.
Why Participate?
The holiday season often brings shorter days and colder weather, which can challenge our physical and emotional well-being. By focusing on our Agni, we not only bolster our immune systems but also enhance our ability to digest life's experiences. This practice is about nurturing our inner light and turning our shadowy aspects into wisdom. It's a commitment to ourselves, to maintain clarity and extend love and compassion throughout this season.
What to Expect
For twelve consecutive days, we will meet every morning at 6 am EST for one hour. This practice is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Come as you are, even if that means rolling out of bed with your bedhead intact!

The Practice Includes:
Mantra: Chanting to focus the mind and connect with sacred sound.
Meditation: Guided sessions to deepen inner peace and awareness.
Satsang: A gathering for spiritual discourse and shared learning.
New Pranayama Practices: Breathing techniques to enhance vitality and tranquility.
