🌍✨ (UN)PLUGGED Project – Multiplier Event in Belluno ✨🎮🏃♀️
Oggi abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare a Belluno, presso la sede distaccata del Centro Yoga Belluno, il nostro Multiplier Event del progetto Erasmus+ (UN)PLUGGED!
📌 Durante l’incontro abbiamo condiviso le attività e i risultati della mobilità svolta a Sofia (Bulgaria) dal 15 al 21 ottobre 2025, raccontando come lo sport, la tecnologia e l’innovazione possano lavorare insieme per migliorare il benessere dei giovani della Generazione Z.
🎮 Attraverso e-sports, Realtà Virtuale e attività sportive indoor/outdoor, il progetto promuove:
✅ più attività fisica
✅ maggiore consapevolezza sull’equilibrio tra schermi e movimento
✅ miglioramento della salute mentale e gestione dello stress
✅ nuove opportunità di crescita tramite i progetti Erasmus+
👥 È stato bellissimo vedere tanti giovani curiosi e interessati, pronti a scoprire nuove esperienze e possibilità internazionali!

🌍✨ (UN)PLUGGED Project – Multiplier Event in Belluno ✨🎮🏃♀️
Today we were happy to host in Belluno, at the branch venue of Centro Yoga Belluno, our Multiplier Event for the Erasmus+ project (UN)PLUGGED!
📌 During the meeting, we shared the activities and results of the mobility held in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 15 to 21 October 2025, showing how sport, technology, and innovation can work together to improve the well-being of Generation Z.
🎮 Through e-sports, Virtual Reality, and indoor/outdoor sports activities, the project promotes:
✅ more physical activity
✅ greater awareness of balancing screen time and movement
✅ improved mental health and better stress management
✅ new opportunities for growth through Erasmus+ projects
👥 It was amazing to see so many young people curious and interested, ready to discover new experiences and international opportunities!
