5 days where no one needs anything from you.

A small-group Reformer Pilates retreat where there are no meals to plan, no schedule to organise and no one asking, “What are we doing today?”

Just 2–3 Reformer sessions a day, beautiful food, long lunches, swims, wine and time to properly switch off.

We’ll take care of everything. You just arrive. 💫

A life full of memories is the richest life you can live..💫

The ultimate luxury isn’t a place, it’s how you feel when you’re there. Late laughter around long tables, sun-warmed skin, and movement that grounds your soul.

We are returning to the wild, romantic coastlines of Portugal next year. Will you be there to share it with us?

April & September 2027💫

Spaces are intentionally intimate. Click the link in our bio to write your next chapter with us. 🤍

One can’t feel it.
One feels it in their lower back.
One is ready for more.

And you have seconds to decide what needs to change.

This is a hands-on Reformer Pilates Workshop for teachers, inside a genuine Retreat in Portugal.

We practise the real work of teaching: adapting for different bodies, choosing the right layer, changing the cue and making confident decisions while the class continues to flow.

Then we switch off.

Pool time, beautiful food, wine around the table, long conversations and plenty of laughter.

Serious about the teaching.
Serious about the retreat too.

Created and led by George and Margarita, founders of ANASA and the educators behind the ANASA teaching approach.

Currently busy with Reformer Pilates, long lunches, sea swims and deciding whether it’s too early for a glass of wine.

Will respond to emails eventually.

Possibly.

If you really love Reformer Pilates, one class a day on retreat probably is not going to be enough.

When we created our Portugal retreats, we wanted the Reformer to be at the heart of everything. Two or three sessions a day, different class styles, thoughtful progressions and proper time on the machine. We even bring our own Reformers with us.

Then there is our beautiful villa in the Algarve, incredible food from our private chef, sea air, boat trips, new friendships and wine at the table.

Just 14 guests, hosted personally by the two of us.

Come for the Reformer. Stay for everything around it.

A guest review from our Reformer Pilates retreat in Greece 🇬🇷

We received these words from one of our guests, and the John Wayne sentence made us laugh! 😂

This is exactly how we want people to feel after an ANASA Reformer retreat. Challenged, but completely cared for. Stronger, energised and accomplished, without feeling as though their body needs to recover from the experience.🥹

Messages like this mean so much to both of us because they capture why we put so much thought into every Reformer Pilates session and every detail surrounding it.🤍

Thank you for trusting us and for describing your retreat experience so beautifully.🥹

Margarita and George 💫
