Are you a youth worker, trainer, space holder, facilitator, educator, or active volunteer looking to explore new eco-somatic approaches, mindfulness, and movement-based methods for well-being and sustainability?

We are looking for 28 open-hearted participants (aged 22+) to join the 10-day Erasmus+ Training Course “Embodied Belonging” in Latvia!

📍 Location: Laumas Guest House, Talsi Municipality, Latvia (a quiet winter sanctuary nestled in a peaceful forest)

🌱 THE SOUND OF NATURE

Un anno fa, in Lettonia, nasceva qualcosa.

Era la mia prima esperienza in un Training Course Erasmus+, e ancora non lo sapevo, ma proprio lì sarebbe stato piantato un piccolo seme.

Il seme di The Sound of Nature.

Un piccolo germoglio che, nei mesi successivi, è stato coltivato con cura, nutrito dalle esperienze, dagli incontri, dalle intuizioni e dall’ispirazione di tanti altri progetti.

È cresciuto, ha preso forma, è stato immaginato, scritto, sognato, approvato.

E poi, dall’11 al 19 settembre 2026, è tornato proprio lì, in Lettonia, nella stessa venue che aveva accolto la mia prima esperienza.

Il cerchio si è chiuso.
🌱🌿✨

E dentro quel cerchio è accaduta tanta magia.

Tanta connessione.
Tanta creatività.
Tanto movimento.
Tanto cuore.
Vulnerabilità.
Fiducia.
Verità.

Sette giorni di viaggio, sostenuti da un team speciale e attraversati da un gruppo meraviglioso di persone che ha scelto di mettersi completamente in gioco.

Di affidarsi.
Di lasciarsi condurre oltre la propria zona di comfort.
Di esplorare ciò che accade quando lasciamo andare le aspettative.

Perché forse è proprio lì che qualcosa può accadere.

Quando non sappiamo già cosa dovrebbe succedere.
Quando lasciamo spazio all’inaspettato.
Quando ci permettiamo semplicemente di essere presenti.

E allora… qualcosa di magico può accadere. 🌿

Sono profondamente grata di aver trovato un terreno fertile per questo sogno.

Di averlo pensato, immaginato, sentito e visto dentro di me ancora prima che potesse diventare reale.

Grata di aver avuto l’opportunità di piantare questo seme, nato da un desiderio molto profondo:

riconnetterci alla Mother Earth, alla Natura e risvegliare in noi il senso di belonging, di appartenenza.

Perché non siamo separati dalla Natura.

Non siamo fuori da essa.

Noi siamo Natura. 🌎🌱

EARTH & SOUL
Erasmus+ Training Course

Hustopeče, Czechia 🇨🇿

Eight days of slowing down.
Eight days of living together, sharing, creating, working and simply being.

Earth & Soul was much more than a training course.
It was an experience of community living, of stepping away from the noise and coming back to what really matters.

We lived off-grid.
We disconnected from our phones and reconnected with each other.
We cooked together, putting love into every dish.
We worked the land and took care of the earth, remembering the simple gestures our ancestors knew so well.

We gathered every evening in a circle, looking back at the day we had shared, listening, reflecting, laughing, sometimes staying in silence.

We gave space to creativity — between scents, handmade soaps, colours and home-made T-shirts.
We explored Nature Connectedness through our senses, our bodies, our emotions and our hands.

And somewhere between the soil under our feet, the meals around the table, the evening circles and the moments of silence, something beautiful happened:

we created deep connections.

The digital detox was not only about putting our phones away.
It was about making space.
Space to notice.
Space to feel.
Space to listen.
Space to be truly present.

Earth & Soul reminded me that sometimes we don’t need more.
We simply need to slow down enough to remember what is already there.

Grateful for this community, for the land that welcomed us, for the people I met and for everything we created together. 🌿

Sometimes, disconnecting is the first step to truly reconnect.

No words can describe what this journey gave to me: beauty, awareness, strong connections, fears and expectations, inspirations and more and more…
Terra Anima is an amazing place full of love for Mother Earth.
A place where a gentle revolution started long time ago and still spread seeds around.
It’s a place with a Soul, I felt welcomed, I felt at Home.
It was a Nest, where to slow down and simply be.
I’m so grateful to be part of the Fool Journey we created together.

Un’occasione per rallentare, per respirare e ritornare a noi stessi.
Riscoprire quanto concedersi del tempo per sé in Natura è la medicina più potente che tutti abbiamo sempre a disposizione, solo che bisogna ricordarsene.
Rallenta, guarda e ascolta… la Natura ti sta parlando se ti sintonizzi al suo battito e ti meraviglierai di quanto non c’è separazione tra Lei e te.

Sono aperte le iscrizioni per i nostri piccoli grandi avventurieri in natura al nuovo anno di asilo nel bosco.

Genitori e bimbi venite a vivere una giornata con noi.
Nei giorni giorni 21 e 26 maggio apriremo le porte del nostro progetto di immersione in natura per farvi assaporare una giornata tipo con le nostre educatrici ed i nostri bimbi, tra giochi, creatività, esplorazioni e tanto altro...

There was a moment in my life when I realized how far we can drift from what is essential.

From silence.
From our body.
From nature.

“Return to Wild” was born from that realization.

Not as a retreat to escape life,
but as a space to come back to it - in a simpler, more real way.

For three days, we will slow down together.
We will walk in the forest, sit in silence, share meals, and reconnect with what is often forgotten:
presence, connection, belonging.

🌿 This is not a luxury retreat.
It’s an authentic one.

You will sleep in a tent, live in close contact with nature, visit the natural thermal baths of Segesta, and be part of a small temporary community.
