If you’re preparing for a PCS, deployment, or change of duty station, don’t forget to check your CPAP before you move.

Before relocating, take a few minutes to make sure your CPAP machine is working properly and that you know how to access your therapy information. Depending on your device, location, and connectivity, remote access to CPAP therapy data may not always be available.

Before your move:
✅ Check that your CPAP machine is working properly.
✅ Make sure you have the supplies you’ll need during your transition.
✅ Know where and how your therapy data can be accessed.
✅ Request any needed compliance reports in advance.
✅ Visit your JANZ Medical Supply location before you move so we can update your CPAP’s time zone to match your new location.
✅ If you’re transferring from a different CPAP provider or moving to an area where JANZ Medical Supply is not located, ask your current provider to release your CPAP machine’s serial number from their database. This can help ensure your device can be properly transferred and supported by another provider when needed.
✅Contact your CPAP provider if you have questions or concerns.
