Searching for our Italian dream home 🇮🇹

The only way how to make your dreams come true is to put the work in and make them happen.

And that’s exactly what we’re embarking on. We have always dreamt to someday move to Italy and set up our new home to run retreats, and not just our own retreats but also offer our home to other wonderful wellbeing professionals!

We are right at the start of our journey si we are feeling super excited!

So follow us along to see how it’s all going 😉

PS: To our Jersey followers, we are not quite ready yet to leave our beautiful island so there will be plenty of opportunities still to practice with us 💫

🌼 SPRING RESET 🌼

As the Earth starts to awaken after winter months many of us take early spring as a start of a new year. You may have set new intentions and let go of things and feelings that no longer fit with your purpose.

In our Yoga & Breathwork practice we will have the opportunity to reflect on the past few months and check in on those intentions for the year.

🙏🏻 AND THAT’S A WRAP 🙏🏻

After 3 years of teaching vinyasa yoga at in Le Quennevais, tonight I led my last class.

Watching my lovely yogis fully embodying the practice made me feel so proud. 🥹

Thank you all so much for all your trust in me, your energy, your open minds and your beautiful warm hearts. ♥️

I hope our paths will cross soon again and in the meantime please continue with your yoga practice 🙏🏻
