Another training session of our Academy has come to an end.

This time, we welcomed technicians from our partner Acrux Radiopharma Consulting SpA for an in-depth training focused on some of our key solutions for radiopharmaceutical production: CRP Compact, µDDS-A and hot cells.

Hands-on training, technical expertise and direct knowledge sharing are essential to ensure that our partners can provide the highest level of support to customers worldwide.

Because High Tech, High Care is not only about innovative solutions. It is also about the people who know how to make the most of them.

ASTER is now supporting patient treatments at St. Olavs hospital, Trondheim University Hospital 🇳🇴

Already familiar with the clinical workflow, the team was looking for a solution that could make treatments more controlled, repeatable and easier to manage. From the very beginning, ASTER was appreciated for its intuitive setup and ease of use.

With optimized shielding in the most critical areas, precise control of infusion parameters and reduced residual activity, ASTER helps improve repeatability and traceability while supporting a more efficient management of treatment times and patient workflows.

Our US technical team recently joined a dedicated training session at Tema Sinergie headquarters in Italy.

As our US team grows, we’re strengthening our local technical structure to provide faster, more effective support — both through field service and remote customer assistance.

The training covered some of our key technologies, including Hot Cells, Inspection Module, CRP Compact and AGLTS 2.

We’re investing in our people and expanding our presence in the US with one clear priority: being closer to our customers and supporting them at every step.

Every aseptic process relies on the integrity of its first line of containment. That's where AGLTS 2 makes the difference.

Our automated glove integrity testing system has recently been installed at Mariana Oncology, where it will help ensure the integrity while supporting the company's contamination control strategy.

Engineered to meet the latest regulatory requirements, AGLTS 2 provides accurate and repeatable glove integrity testing in full compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644-7 Annex E.5 and 21 CFR Part 11. Integrated calibration and validation, complete glove lifecycle management and secure data traceability simplify routine testing while giving operators full confidence in every result.

From introductions to action.
Just days after joining Tema Sinergie as Sr. International Business Development Manager – Radiation Oncology & Medical Imaging, Eray Irik was already on the field alongside our team at the IRCCS Istituto Nazionale Tumori Fondazione G Pascale, Napoli, Italy, home to Europe's leading clinical reference center for GammaPod.

Visits like these are an essential part of how we work—listening to clinical needs, exchanging expertise with healthcare professionals, and supporting the adoption of technologies that can make a real difference in patient care.

We're glad to have Eray already engaging with customers and look forward to many more opportunities to work together across international markets.

Nuova installazione e training completati presso l'Ospedale "Vito Fazzi" dell'ASL di Lecce, dove il team di radioterapia può ora contare su SimRT™ di Vision RT Ltd, la soluzione SGRT per la simulazione TC con tecniche 4DCT e Breath Hold.

Grazie al tracking ottico completamente markerless, SimRT™ consente di sincronizzare l'acquisizione delle immagini con il respiro del paziente senza l'utilizzo di marker o dispositivi a contatto. Il risultato è un workflow più rapido ed efficiente per il personale sanitario, con una riduzione dei tempi di setup e delle possibili ripetizioni delle scansioni, oltre a un'esperienza più confortevole e non invasiva per il paziente.

Un ringraziamento allo staff dell'ASL di Lecce per la collaborazione e la partecipazione durante il percorso di formazione. Siamo orgogliosi di contribuire all'introduzione di tecnologie che supportano una radioterapia sempre più accurata, efficiente e orientata alla qualità della cura.

Investire nelle persone significa investire nella qualità del servizio che offriamo ogni giorno.

I nostri Product Specialist, Alessandro Franzò e Laura Massi, hanno partecipato a cinque giornate di formazione presso la sede PTW, per approfondire competenze tecniche e consolidare il know-how pratico sui loro sistemi.

Tra sessioni teoriche, attività pratiche e confronti diretti con gli esperti PTW, il percorso si è concentrato sulla manutenzione preventiva e sull'utilizzo sicuro ed efficiente delle tecnologie nella pratica quotidiana. Un'importante occasione di crescita professionale che ci permette di mantenere elevati standard di servizio e garantire ai nostri clienti un supporto sempre competente, affidabile e di qualità.
