We are getting used to British school closing at 13.00 during June & July. This means that we can enjoy a lunch time together ❤️ 😋

1st 📸 "Can't wait - won't wait" Little man is already getting ready to fill his plate.
I could not wait... I ate my 1st lunch already but joined him with a cup of mint tea and water to chat about his school day. I love these moments of connection around food. I also decided to prep his pre-football snack, my snack, our salads to go with dinner prepared by the chef and my next day's lunch salad

Recovery is not something that only happens on holiday.
One of the things I teach in my Sisu Method is this:
Don't wait for the perfect relaxing holiday.
Most busy professionals & parents spend months looking forward to a break, expecting one week to undo months, years of stress, rushing and poor recovery.
Instead, create recovery moments throughout the year.
And when you are on a family holiday, don't forget to take a moment for yourself too (see picture) to keep serving others.

Recovery isn't a luxury. It's part of Sisu Methode that works around your life.

One of the first steps for a HEALTHY waistline is hydrating regularly, with pure water.💧I recommend all my clients to measure how much water fits into their water bottles and favourite classes because most exaggerate otherwise. 

Here are my Finnish metal measuring jugs that I use for measuring. I also recommend having several different bottles in different styles and sizes for gym/office/handbag/car. 

Below are examples of the water drinking bottles, water storage bottles, jugs for the TV/dinner table that I use daily. 

When you have water available wherever you go you are more likely to drink it. I have no problem hitting my daily water target of 3.5 litres because I fill my water bottles every morning and scatter them EVERYWHERE!  

In Italy we also have invested in this water tank that gives cool, soft water instantly🙏🏻

Do you know how much water you drink daily?

💧1.5 litre per day is a good start to secure your vital organs, skin renewing, brain functioning etc

💦 2.5 litres if you train regularly 🚨If you start drinking more than 3.5 litres regularly I recommend that you then use mineral water to avoid flushing all minerals away from your body. You could also consider mineral drops.

💙💦Most of my clients, realistically, drink around 2-2.5 litres of pure water per day. Water is the BASE of all your health and fitness!!
