Quali saranno le tendenze per il nuovo anno? design by water ha deciso di cominciare a darvi qualche suggerimento per avere un'area Wellness & Bathroom di tendenza. **Dèco, Retrò e Vintage**: partiamo volgendo lo sguardo al passato con la nostra vasca Old Time, meglio nota come "Clawfoot tub". Questo modello, originario della metà del XVIII secolo, che raggiunse però il massimo della popolarità nel XIX, è caratterizzato da piedini leonini, creati in Olanda e ispirati in realtà alla versione cinese con gli artigli di un dragone. L'originaria struttura in ghisa verrà poi coperta da smalto porcellanato grazie allo scozzese David Buick. Tornando a noi, la Old Time, interamente prodotta in Italia, richiama dunque alla perfezione le vasche di allora, utilizzate poi da ricchi americani, che declinarono il piedino leonino a loro volta in quello di un'aquila USA, per rifarsi a questo vezzo tipico delle agiate famiglie europee.
