Siamo super emozionati di condividere con voi una notizia fantastica: durante la prossima partecipazione della Metiva Accademy al Job Shadowing che si terrà a Berlino, dall'11 al 15 luglio, Rebecca avrà l'opportunità di tenere una lezione di Hatha Yoga in inglese!
Pur essendo una new entry tra gli educatori del Centro Studi Metiva Academy, le è stata data la possibilià di condividere questa esperienza insieme agli educatori del nostro ente ospitante, "E-Square e.V.", veri esperti in tecniche e modalità di apprendimento non formale, pensate sia per i giovani che per gli adulti.
Non sarà solo una pratica sul tappetino. Insieme a loro, infatti, esploreremo come il benessere fisico e mentale possa intrecciarsi con i temi cruciali che affronteremo durante questa mobilità: Cittadinanza Attiva, Inclusione Sociale e Digitalizzazione. 🌍📲🤝

I am super excited to share some fantastic news with you: during my upcoming Job Shadowing experience in Berlin, from July 11th to 15th, I will have the opportunity to teach a Hatha Yoga class in English!
Despite being a new addition to the team of educators at Centro Studi Metiva Academy, I have been given the chance to share this experience alongside the educators from our host organization, "E-Square e.V."—true experts in non-formal learning techniques and methods designed for both youth and adults.
It won’t just be a practice on the mat. Together with them, we will explore how physical and mental well-being can intertwine with the crucial themes we will be tackling during this mobility: Active Citizenship, Social Inclusion, and Digitalization. 🌍📲🤝
I am truly so thrilled and grateful for this transformative opportunity!
