After many years of working through change, I’ve learned something I didn’t expect:
👉the hardest part is rarely the process.
It’s how people experience it.
New organisations, new technologies, new priorities, new ways of working… I’ve seen many transformations over the years.
And every time, the technical part matters.
But so do the questions people quietly ask themselves:
Where do I fit now?
What will be expected from me?
Can I adapt to this?
Maybe that’s why I’ve become increasingly interested in the human side of change.
Because transformation may start with a strategy.
But it only becomes real when people move with it.
