Your body is screaming what your mouth is too polite to say. 🗣️
We’ve all tried to master the art of “faking it ‘til you make it.” We put on the outfit, paint on the smile, and try to project confidence when we walk into a room.
But the truth is, you can try to cover it up with clothes and makeup, but unless you clean it up internally, your energy will always leak through.
Before you even speak, your body is broadcasting your inner reality. Here is what you might be projecting:
The Apologetic Shrink: You walk into a room, but instead of taking up space, your shoulders are rounded inward, your chest is collapsed, and you make yourself physically small as if asking permission to exist.
The Rigid Armor: You look “perfect” on the outside, but your jaw is clenched, your breath is shallow, and every movement is stiff and controlled. You’re projecting a need to be in control because you feel deeply unsafe letting your guard down.
The “Invisible” Stare: Your eyes scan the room, but they don’t connect. Your gaze is fleeting or looking down, signaling deep self-doubt and a subconscious desire to avoid being seen for who you really are.
The breakthrough is all about internal healing. When you finally realize you are the source of your own validation, everything shifts. You realize you are enough, you are amazing, and you don’t need anyone else to complete the puzzle.
It’s all part of the mirror work—because your body language knows what you’re feeling long before you ever speak it. ✨
Stop waiting for permission or approval to be your most amazing version.
She’s always been in there 💛💛💛
