Our Agriturismo with rooms / apartments, swimming pool and restaurant, is the result of a restoration project to preserve the qualities and characteristics of the traditional Tuscan way of life and architectural style. I nostri vini parlano molte lingue, come quella della nobile Inghilterra, da cui arrivano nuovi esploratori del gusto. Il territorio montelupino del Chianti Colli Fiorentini è uno spicchio di mondo che conserva ancora i tratti della vita rurale, con il verde che vince sul cemento e la vita nei campi, tra le vigne, a regolare le giornate.

Una dimensione piccola eppure capace di farsi capire, riconoscere, attrarre. I nostri vini traducono tutto questo e vogliono farlo sapere.

La vendemmia del Sangiovese è iniziata!

In questi giorni stiamo raccogliendo le uve che daranno vita al nostro rosato e allo spumante, l'Albeggio e il 7794. Due interpretazioni diverse dello stesso vitigno, che partono dalla vigna e richiedono scelte precise già durante la raccolta. Per entrambi, il momento della vendemmia è fondamentale per preservare la freschezza e l'equilibrio che vogliamo ritrovare nel bicchiere.

Dalla raccolta alla cantina, il lavoro sulla nuova annata è appena cominciato 🍷

The Sangiovese harvest has begun!

These days, we are harvesting the grapes that will become our rosé and sparkling w**e, Albeggio and 7794. Two different expressions of the same grape variety, both starting in the vineyard and requiring precise choices from the very beginning of the harvest. For both w**es, timing the harvest is essential to preserve the freshness and balance we want to find in the glass.

From the harvest to the cellar, the work on the new vintage has just begun 🍷

☀️ Buon Ferragosto da Tenuta San Vito! 🥂

Il 7 agosto abbiamo vendemmiato il nostro Chardonnay, ! Oggi, nel tino, il mosto ha già iniziato a fermentare: il colore paglierino, la schiuma viva e quell’energia che si vede nel bicchiere raccontano l’inizio di un nuovo viaggio.

Mentre l’estate è nel suo pieno, in cantina il 2026 prende vita. 🍇

A Ferragosto brindiamo a ciò che nasce, al lavoro della terra e alle cose belle che hanno ancora tutto il tempo per diventare grandi.

On August 7th, we harvested our Chardonnay, Amantiglio! Today, in the vat, the must has already begun to ferment: the straw-yellow colour, the lively foam and that energy you can see in the glass all tell the story of the beginning of a new journey.

While summer is in full swing, the 2026 vintage is coming to life in our cellar. 🍇

On Ferragosto, we raise a glass to what is just beginning, to the work of the land, and to the beautiful things that still have all the time they need to grow into something great.

🏹 Tra percorsi immersi nel verde e attività di tiro con l'arco, la Tenuta San Vito diventa anche un luogo in cui vivere il territorio, stare all'aria aperta e condividere un'esperienza diversa dal solito.

Abbiamo scelto di mettere a disposizione l'area vicina al lago per accogliere le attività della Compagnia Arcieri del Convivio di Lastra a Signa, perché crediamo che una Tenuta non sia soltanto ciò che produce, ma anche ciò che riesce a far vivere alle persone che la attraversano.

Un nuovo modo di incontrarsi, muoversi e vivere la natura, aperto a tutti.

🏹 Among paths surrounded by greenery and archery activities, Tenuta San Vito becomes a place to experience the landscape, enjoy the outdoors and share an experience that is a little different from the usual.

We have chosen to make the area near the lake available to welcome the activities of Arcieri del Convivio in Lastra a Signa, because we believe that an estate is not only about what it produces, but also about what it allows people to experience when they walk through it.

A new way to meet, move and enjoy nature, open to everyone.

In questi giorni stiamo imbottigliando una parte dei nostri vini. È una fase che richiede precisione, attenzione e un grande lavoro di squadra. Ogni bottiglia viene preparata e controllata con cura, perché il vino mantenga intatte le sue caratteristiche fino al momento dell'apertura. In un'azienda di medie dimensioni come la nostra, la dedizione si può toccare con mano, e tutto accade senza necessità di parlare, solo grazie a un'intesa perfetta. Sappiamo già dove posare lo sguardo, cosa spostare, a chi affidare la fase successiva.

These days we're bottling some of our w**es. It's a process that requires precision, attention to detail, and great teamwork. Each bottle is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure the w**e retains all its qualities until it's opened. In a medium-sized w**ery like ours, you can truly feel the dedication, and everything happens without needing to speak, thanks to a perfect understanding. We already know where to look, what to move, and who will take over the next stage.
