I took my first yoga teacher training course while living in Italy and started teaching soon after. Looking to dive deeper into the spiritual side of yoga, I ventured to India and continued to my practice and studied at an Ashram in Rishikesh. We held our first yoga teacher training course in Tuscany in 2010 and have trained hundreds of yogis since then. My name is Michelle Kaminski Turini, and I

have been passionate about yoga since 1998. I sought to deepen my understanding of the spiritual aspects of yoga by traveling to India and continuing my practice and studies at an Ashram in Rishikesh. Our first yoga teacher training course was held in Tuscany in 2010, and we have since trained hundreds of yogis.My name is Michelle Kaminski Turini, and I have been passionate about yoga since 1998. Seeking to deepen my spiritual connection through yoga, I journeyed to India and continued my practice and studies at an Ashram in Rishikesh. Our first yoga teacher training course took place in Tuscany in 2011, and since then, we have had the privilege of training hundreds of yogis from all over the world.

🏰🌿 A Journey to the Past, A Breath in the Present 🌿🏰

During our yoga retreat in Ikaria, we hiked to the majestic Koskina Castle ruins, perched atop the rugged hills near Evdilos. Built in the 10th century to guard against pirate invasions, this Byzantine fortress offers not only a glimpse into history—but also breathtaking panoramic views across the island.

As we ascend the trail, each step becomes a meditation, each breath a connection to the ancient energy of the land. We identified the herbs on the hillside as we climbed. At the summit, we paused for reflection, silent gratitude beneath the sky.
