Big shout-out to Gabs for making the trip down from New Jersey to be part of our US launch 🚀 at the NSC Safety Congress in Indianapolis 🇺🇸

The team is taking heat-stress management across worksites, sport and recovery with a reusable cooling device that uses temperature-sensitive logos to show when the cooling window is still live and when heat extraction has dropped off.

That signal is the science, not the styling.
Cooling only extracts heat while a temperature gradient exists between skin and gel. Human skin conducts at about 0.2–0.5 W·m⁻¹·K⁻¹. Put a cold pack in contact with forehead, neck or palm and measured heat flow jumps from ~31–54 kJ·m⁻² over 10 minutes to ~180–219 kJ·m⁻² a 3–5 °C drop at the skin surface.

Core temperature barely moves from a small contact area. Local extraction and comfort are the point.

Gel does not hold that power. Soft-gel packs hit hardest at the start, then fade as they warm. A worker can keep a spent pack on and think they are still protected.

Conductive garments (gel, ice, PCM against skin) are the systems that consistently lower local skin temperature, ease thermal strain and cut heart rate in hot work.

Head, face and neck cooling is especially useful because those sites are dense with thermoreceptors and sit over high blood flow.

The logos change through 5 °C, 10 °C and 15 °C so you can see when the pack is still a heat sink and when it is not.

Re-chill or swap. Do not guess.Heat extraction is real while the gradient is real. The logo tells you when it isn’t. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🧊

Day one done and dusted 🔥 at the National Safety Conference (NSC) in Indianapolis 🇺🇸. Phenomenal success from our Australian 🇦🇺 team taking on the world 🌎 in just 9 months to be here. Thanks to Gabby for making it down and helping out the team from New Jersey. 👏🏽

Innovating heat management through biohacking, sensory feedback and mechanical compression of the head and neck. Finished with temperature-sensitive logos that show the optimal window for heat extraction and deliver greater safety on worksites.
