Our customer in the food manufacturing industry saved $39,000 over 3 years, by replacing their chain with the Tsubaki Neptune chain! ⛓️ Here's how we did it:

SITUATION ➡️ The customers OEM Nickel plated chain was prematurely rusting due to the wash down procedure. This made the chain bind up and the operation of the conveyor jerky, which created a spill hazard.

PROBLEM ➡️ The Nickel plated chain only lasted 12 months. The had to replace 200ft per year in a confined area was difficult and very expensive to the customer. .

SOLUTION ➡️ Tsubaki introduced NEPTUNE coated product. The Neptune chain lasted 3 times the OEM Nickle plated chain.

SAVINGS BREAKDOWN ➡️
- Nickel plated chain: $18,000 lasted 1 year ($18,000 x 3 = $54,000).
- Labor cost: $2,000 per year ($2,000 x 3 = $6,000).
- Tsubaki Neptune chain outlay: $21,000. Chain lasted 3 years.
