Join us for our Oxfordshire Day Retreat 2026, a nourishing day of conscious dance, yoga, Thai massage workshops, breathwork and sound healing. A chance to move your body, calm your mind, connect with like-minded people and remember what it feels like to truly slow down.

We’ll breathe together, move together, share food, laughter and meaningful moments, then leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to ourselves.

Retreats aren’t about escaping your life, they’re about coming back to yourself.

This week has been exactly that. Aerial yoga in the sunshine, swimming between mountains and the sea, hiking up Mount Etna, eating incredible food, and having the kind of conversations you don’t usually make time for at home. When everything slows down like this, something shifts without you forcing it.

You start to notice what’s been sitting underneath it all. The thoughts you’ve been avoiding, the feelings you’ve pushed down, the parts of you that have just been waiting for a bit of space and attention.

And around these equinox periods it feels even stronger. There’s this natural pull to reset, to rebalance, to let go of what’s been quietly building in the background. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s always honest, and that’s where the real value is.

This is what retreats give you. Not an escape, but the chance to reconnect with yourself in a way that’s hard to access in day-to-day life.

And that feeling… is something you carry home with you. 🌿

We made it to Letojanni… and wow.

Mountains on one side. The sea on the other. It doesn’t even feel real.

I won’t lie, the start of this trip was a bit stressful- travelling with a toddler is definitely very different to travelling with a baby, and we had some unexpected turns of events which gave me the opportunity to put some breathing exercises into practice and stay grounded. But now we’re here, something’s already shifted. You can feel it in the air.

I’m so ready to slow down and actually drop in.

Aerial yoga is top of my list. It’s something I never get to practice back home, so I’m fully leaning into it while I can. Letting the body move in a different way, finding space, a bit of play again.

I’m also excited to explore. Little towns, quiet corners, places you don’t find unless you go looking.

And Mount Etna… that’s going to be something else. A proper reminder of how powerful nature is.

These next few days feel like they’re going to land exactly how they’re meant to. Surrounded by a group of amazing people and being lead a wonderful host!

Tuscany, you’ve done it again 💛

This retreat was more than just yoga, wellness and sunshine — it was about family. I got to bring my baby with me, and his dad, my partner, too. He shared the practices he loves, I shared mine, and together we got to soak in this experience as a family.

What made it even more special was the way everyone welcomed us. My little one was held in such a loving community, and it felt so natural to include him in the work I do. By the end of the 5 days we had created our village, our spiritual family. 💛

It’s not always easy to balance motherhood, teaching and creating these retreats — but moments like this remind me it’s possible. And so, so worth it. 🤍
